Huskisson is a quintessential seaside town. One main road in and out with access to some of the most beautiful beaches without the big surf. Ideal for stand up paddle boarding/ kayaking . However they are not patrolled by lifesavers so still be alert to conditions. The maritime museum is worth a visit. There are a range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The whole of the Jervis Bay Area is worth a visit with nearby National Parks and the townships of Vincentia. Hyam’s Beach is stunning.

There is plenty of choice of places to eat and recent renovations have made many of the restaurants more trendy, plus the Huskisson pub is a great option. The shops for clothing and homeware were lovely, cheaper than in Sydney and the staff everywhere were great. Hyams Beach is too busy during holiday peak so we headed into the national park where there are plenty of other options, lots of parking and the same beautiful sand and water.

Huskisson is an ideal place to stay in Jervis bay with most of the tours leaving from there, plenty of shops and eat outs. It's close to Booderee National park. The moona moona creek to White sands park walk is a lovely little walk too.

The perfect place to relax and unwind. Easy access to beach and Moona Moona creek. A lovely short stroll to coffee van at Huskisson Beach caravan park. Glorious beach views a well maintained walking/bike path that takes you into Huskisson. Fabulous beaches and little cafes and the local club has wonderful meals as well as variety of restaurants to chose from in Huskisson Main Street. Terrific little icecream shop.

Lovely town with many cafes, clubs and pubs to visit. We visited Jervis Bay Brewery, a nice place, and also Three Little Pigs Van on-site if you are hungry. Nice to walk around the pathway, on our walk, we saw many dolphins. Lots of shops to check out in town. Very busy place in summer and school holidays, Book early and enjoy
