This beachside community is great! It is not too big, and still relatively quiet in that aspect. Places like this are a real gem. Other places that have expanded and gotten crowded aren't as nice anymore.

This delightful little place was beautifully presented. Position was excellent. It was just out of the main traffic area and only a short walk to the shops and the beach. Loved our stay and would certainly stay again.

Rainbow Beach is a very relaxing place. Even though we didn't eat at the eateries (as we had a pet with us) there were numerous takeaways. You could sit up on the beach front and eat you food. The people were friendly.

Rainbow Beach is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday among friendly locals and beautiful scenery such as Carlo Sandblow and the Great Sandy National Park. Day trips to K'Gari (aka Fraser Island) are also available. Beautiful sunsets from Carlo Point. Great coffee and food also available which is a bonus. Can't wait to go back!

I have been to Rainbow Beach before but just a stop over before going to Fraser Island. This is the first time staying there and everyone was friendly and the choice of restaurants was great. Access to the beach was close and the views amazing.

it all depends on the travelers, people will believe there is not much to do around but the local communication is indispensable to discover hidden gems an explore forests and the whole place around. The welcoming and the friendly common areas let you meet new people, other tourist/backpackers/travelers. I spent a hole week full of new activities every day and time to relax and rest. perfect holidays to recover from intense work routines.
